Your last two posts have opened my eyes to AVAN. An impressive pipeline and an intriguing warehouse of potential products. I'll have to do some serious dd here. A quick scan of the latest 10K filing red flags one concern: seems to be quite a bit of litigation surrounding this company - including a criminal indictment - that is 'a bit' disconcerting. Are the lawsuits etc. old news and currently irrelevant or is this still lurking in the background? Also, can ANYONE provide the terms of the warrants?
