Alien:

I've enjoyed your posts over the years. The ones you just pasted in from Yahoo! are very funny.

NETA is amazing. I think that they are living proof that style can trump substance for many, many years. I often wonder how the company makes it year after year. I don't understand how they can post the recent revenue growth that they have either.

How can you explain the fact that analysts today are still recommending the stock? John Powers, for example, seems to have forgiven the $25M revenue quarter last year and he is still bullish on NETA. I was at an IDC conference last week where analysts there were talking about the great future of McAfee.com as a B2C consumer ASP. I don't see it.

If there was a store selling the magic dust that Larson and his troops used to hypnotize Wall Street, customers, and analysts it would be of immense value.

Of course, anyone who bought in at $10 last year has to be very happy today. Perhaps the company really does create value--even if it is made through less than honest methods.
