cody,

I think its a 3-way tie for kingpin status in the
heroin markets. The "golden triangle" of Burma,
Thailand and Cambodia might rank as the number one
producer of the drug. However, lets not forget the
contributions of the KLA in running heroin into
Europe. Then of course there is the Mexican Drug
Cartels which are moving from Coca into Heroin.
Probably diversification is a good economic model.

As for the quality, I wouldn't know. I am not a
opiate person. My experiences with that stuff are
that morphine as pain relief is not very good in a
hospital setting. The stuff does not work very well
and makes me kind of sick. I have no idea why someone
would take an opiate recreationally...but then I
never understood what people saw in cigarettes either.

As for Clinton's "War on Drugs"...the guy is about to
blow away Columbia. He just gave the military 1.7
billion dollars in weapons so that they can lay to
waste the Indian Villages that support the Marxist
Rebels. For a peace and love baby-boomer, Clinton
sure knows how to kill. I fully cannot understand
Bill Clinton. He is not the guy I thought I was voting
for back in 1992.
