The technical activity that defines the trigger cannot be cancelled once TC has been reached. It can be postponed but must eventually occur. This is a key feature of TC.
SWW's chart has a solid uptrend with relatively low volatility. It may take as long as 2 weeks to trigger but I would not expect the price to deteriorate to a point where it could not move over $9 after it does trigger.
Although I'm sure Bdog would disagree >>gg<< but where I come from, 2 weeks is still "short-term".
