Hi, Glenn, I see you're in this one also. I know that FREE is a better company, but the premium seems a little rich. My take is that the insiders are getting different benefits here (i.e., participation in the IPO, etc.), and that this clouded their minds, and effectively depressed our merger consideration.

Glenn: The last time I phoned X-Stream they told me they had 34 million shares issued, most on Raging Bull say X-Stream has 50 million shares issued. Where did your 60 million S/O come from.?? If I was from the UK can I pick up X-Stream shares today and trade them for Liberty Surf shares this week. Liberty Surf (including our XSNI shares) should pop up good on the Liberty Surf IPO day, Thursday. What a shame X-Stream didn't buy Liberty Surf, after all they are about the same size in user numbers.!!!
