Les,

Old Clinton sure is in a tight spot. On the one hand
the KLA is blackmailing him into more action against
the Milosevic Government. On the other hand, the Euro
NATO powers are quietly trying to get out of the quagmire
and wash their hands of it. Clinton is down to about
5-10 months before he is gone as a policy maker and
he is still trying to make some kind of "legacy" for
himself. I sure wouldn't want to be in Bubba's shoes.
No wonder the guy is trying to get himself killed with
a visit to Pakistan.
