It used to be that the rationalization, the "why it's different this time" diatribes were a sign of a top - or at least made the bear markets, corrections, or crashes mostly unexpected.

But, for four years, I've been hearing any number of reasons why the bull should continue rising...and it continues. Even that old indicator has been routed.
