B's are worth 1/30th of A's. They will (for the most part perform together). If you own A's in your own name, you get to make a charitable donation. WEB figure B's should trade 1-2% lower than A's.

Long run: NO difference in performance.

IMHO, BRK is a GREAT price hear. No chance of my selling but there sure are a LOT of other investment options these day.
