Actually, the market for those chips is knocking on INTC door, and INTC must get permission from Q* to produce those chips or lose the business to someone else who will produce those chips. Does not put Q* in a vulnerable position at all. If the market place does not want the chips, makes no difference whether Q* has a fab or not. If the market does want those chips, somebody will make them. My opinion only.
