Making the following changes in past few days:

Buying:
Alberto-Culver (ACV). I considered also Dial (DL), but I like that ACV said it's on track to meet earnings estimates. Dial is a bigger, more diversified company (positives, imo); down for now - but could be a long-term winner. ACV has a good multi-year performance record.

Buying:
Building Materials Holding Corp. (BMHC). Nice (imo) small cap. In somewhat same business, CAB is being taken private; doing a comparable, the private market value of BMHC would be much higher than its current price. (I'm not implying/anticipating a takeout will occur.)
BMHC numbers look good to me:
stocksheet.com

Buying:
Counsel Corp. (CXSN). Another tech/internet incubator company. And once again, I'm doing a sum-of-parts-is-worth-more-than-the current-price. As some of its holdings go public - value and price of CXSN may increase - assuming ipo market for its companies remains strong.

Selling:
Taking some KEM (discussed in 1997/98(?) off the table on good earnings announcement and analyst upgrades.
