Mike and all,

I would think the Excite/ATHM franchise is worth more than $28.00 a share. There are issues that could effect the stock, T, open access, AOL/TWX, etc. But, if you look at the ISP's right now they are all out of favor. Look at the relative performance of AOL, CHTR, YHOO, LCOS, etc. they are all of of the annual highs. IMO in this market the money rotates in and out of sectors, ATHM is the worst performer and IMO when the money comes back to this sector ATHM will become one of the best performers. Right now all the momentum is in the semi's and wireless, but we are seeing some nibbling at the Internuts again.

Buying ATHM, AOL, CHTR, YHOO, LCOS and the rest at these levels is a great long term play. The problem right now is everyone looks at their portfolio every day and evaluates the performance at the end of the day end as if it were the year end. This will not change, but the recent money flow will.

Have a great day,

Rob
