If that were the case, (and assuming that Toshiba pays the 1.5% fee to Rambus), Sony would be paying $166 for the memory. That's almost half the selling price of the PSX2.
And these aren't RIMM's.
Doesn't sound reasonable.
Does toshiba pay more than 1.5%?
