Skeeter, a caveat is in order. Sure ther'es lots of cash, and there's lots of debt. But US corp's overall have been on a tear the last several years with earnings growth, so this produces cash as well.

I keep track of the "money market cash" levels reported in Barrons Market Lab section. It is remarkable how much and how steadily "money market cash " has gone up along with the market indices over that last several years. It is incredible. But it is also not a new phenomenon. This cash growth has been with us for years now.
