For me, it was being asked for market "tips" by cabdrivers, the doorman in my building, and cop friends (who were previously uninterested) that really illustrated how far the fever has spread.

I have a better one than that.I was talking to my 80 year old mother this week and out of the blue she says"How about that NAS market.It keeps going up"
She told me that this is what the "girls" at bingo now talk about.Imagine a bunch of 80 year old woman at bingo talking about the "tech stocks"
