In my endless search for a great online broker I came across this company.... rjt.com any thoughts on this company...and are they good. We need: no online waits, and fast execution. My biggest concern is not the commission size, although the smaller the better of course. Regards Cory

ATCD - Prior to the closing, the Company intends to raise additional capital and to hold a special shareholders meeting for the purpose of approving a name change and a reverse split which will reduce the number of shares outstanding prior to the closing to approximately 476,500. As of October 31, 1999, the Registrant had 976,602,000 shares of its $0.0001 par value common stock outstanding. 976,602,000 /476,500 = 2049.53 Even larger than I thought, am I missing something???
