To All: This is good news, if you read the news release carefully! <<In turn, Atlas Stock Transfer, relying upon the defendants' guarantees, transferred the improperly endorsed stock certificates into the public domain to allow the shares represented by the certificates to be publicly traded. Prior to filing, the San Francisco Superior Court for the State of California passed judgment in favor of InnovaCom against Atlas Stock Transfer Inc., its primary stock transfer agent, for having transferred and issued improperly endorsed stock certificates to a number of fictitious persons named on the certificates. Atlas has arrived at a monetary settlement with InnovaCom Inc. and also transferred all rights to InnovaCom to pursue the defendants identified in this release. >> Innovacomm has already nailed one of the defendants and they have settled and they are going after the rest.
