Greg, I'm not sure I understand your point.

Are you're saying that if 3Com wanted to buy another company with its stock that it would have already done so when its stock price was higher? If so, my response is that the high price wasn't sustained long enough for anyone to reply on it, and that 3Com management cann't predict the stock price any better than we can.

If your point is something else, please elaborate.
