Nikkei is down about 1% after reporting economy shrank again. I think it was -1.4%. The economy only grows when the government spends which is probably only good for the next two quarters.

Gee, Don, I thought you felt none of these "Postals" will leak into world financial markets. Their estimate is much larger than mine, I felt that only 2%/year will have a huge impact on increasing overall liquidity...
