A Freudian! I feel naked....

Heres my big question -- i'm using a training psychologist at Training Institute of Mental Health -- and i started six months ago when i was jobless and broke, so i was paying 15$ an hour..

should i tell her about my stock good fortunes? or should i keep her in the dark and still pay almost nil?!

manic-depressive attentionally deficit disorderedly,

Hi Poet,

Sorry not to answer your question sooner. Been busy and mostly away from the boards lately. Anyway, the piece on psychoactive drugs and the NAZ is at www.edge.org. Scroll down to "Is The Market On Prozac?" by a Professor Nesse. His thesis is that the typical NAZ trader is urban, stressed, nuts. So they load up on serotonin, which is fine, but one of the effects is a lessening of fear, hence irrational exuberance.

The piece ran last Sunday (a week ago ) in the NYT business section. The professor thinks that the government needs to study the subject, though he doesn't know if the study should be done by the SEC or the National Institutes of Mental Health.

I sent him an email suggesting that he keep the Feds out of it or we'll wind up with drug testing for everyone with an online account.
