Trading on Monday morning on the Nikkei at this time, technology shares are being sold off. Nikkei down 1.5%. The bulls better show up or this could carry over across the globe. I suspect there is uncertainty over Taiwan or we are just getting the beginning of the summer slow down in Tech stocks.

Although the US has Greenspan working the markets here, Taiwan has it's own special flavor of Gov't intervention in the markets. Over the last few years they've passed several laws to help boost the market, outlawed the Quantum fund, and intervened in the market. I wonder if there is a market out there that doesn't have a Gov't mucking around with it.
