Jim, Upon reflection, it is easy to see this is the only way to do it. I opened up a separate trading account and a separate WIT account in my wife's name only to find out I missed the ALTA window for her. I was trying to grab a double dose or at least double my odds of getting allocated ALTA. But, I will keep her long minimum of 200 shares because then I'll have a better shot at a double allocation on all future DSP deals from CMGI. Interesting week ahead. One way or the other, we'll all get thru it. Paul
