Ron, Talked to a few of my contacts in the SEC and as far as they are concerned, ECNC hasn't done anything wrong. They will continue to investigate but as far as they are concerned A@P an PLUVIA are the ones that are in fractions. Apparently you talked to someone other than the SEC because the SEC *never, ever* comments on ongoing investigations, or even confirms that they are investigating anyone or any company. Guess you didn't know that. Better luck next time!

Would you care to list the names and or numbers of your SEC contacts? These people are public servants and it's not top secret info. so listing it should be no problem. If you feel uncomfortable doing that you could always PM it to myself or Anthony, or Pluvia or Bear or Archer or Rogermci or Buoy12 etc. etc. etc. etc. as none of us have the slightest qualms about calling and speaking with the SEC. CMB

SEC contacts, who???????????? Tellme via PM,, and ..I will confirm and report back to you...surely your contacts would love to talk to me.. Now tellme what Contact at the SEC would ever tell you ....a conclusory statement like that ,,, we have talked with the SEC , BUt the SEC would never ever divulge what their opinions are to me or anyone , I dont think a single reporter has ever been able to get anyone at Enforcement to state .." we are after this or that guy " Its always a no comment, every deal we have ever delivered to the SEC, we never know what if anything will come out of it.. Ever.. so tell me who are your contacts..cause we would like to talk to these contacts....Surely you also would like me to talk to these contacts...
