Ants is a software company. Their software allows Server Farms to process data faster by running mulitple servers together to process transactions (Server Farms are SANs and SANs use Fibre Channel, thats why I posted it here). Their test early this year showed they were able to do one million database transactions in one second. The idea is ASPs will be able to use Ants software to entice corporations to farm out more of their IT work, because Ants software will make Server Farms more powerful and more competitive.
