Drudge reports that Safire's column in Monday New York Times will leak info on independent counsel investigation of Clinton that suggests that he may face charges for sexual harassment in January after he's out of office. I guess that's a rumor about a rumor about a rumor, but there it is. The Justice Department can, of course, prosecute for sexual harassment, but rarely does.
