Mr. Margraf, My original opinion of you was that you were a stuck holder that really believed in this company. Over the weekend you have made statements like "THe SEC told me that ECNC has done nothing wrong." and "The told me that they are investigating these guys." The actions by the SEC today and your refusal to name any names for any contacts at the SEC proves you were bold face lying to pump the stuck up so that you could get out. You talk about people life savings? How many did you keep from selling at a profit with your lies? If you are generally honest then you need to take a deep look at your deeds for the weekend. If you do this type of thing typically, then God have mercy on your soul. I have said nothing about you personally or nothing that can not be verified. You have made wild accusations about me and threats to me. I really hope you learn from this and are not behind it. Erik
