here are cheaper alternatives, that are "good enough" for them...that IMHO is a barrier to crossing the chasm. I agree that the sat business is going to have a tough time taking the masses. I can't help but think there are enough customers out there who need such a service to make it profitable...But no fantastic investment. I've always wondered if/how Globalstar could contract to cover rural areas for other cell companies...Thought they might make lotsa profits at it.... Just a little off topic here.
