my screen looks pretty ugly this AM except for DELL and INTC... guess those upgrades help to buck the trend!! good luck to all.

ttosbt...dell, niles, et al...did the market crash???? remember my comments on friday...look for dell flat to down on monday, firming, then attempting a breakout....the flat to down occurred at the friday close....if a volume breakout by early this afternoon at 55, and it runs... analysts reacting to what they finally have seen as a momentum trend, that appeared on 3/3....they need to give a fundamental reason, which if you gauge their comments, its a "perception" change(i know the thread hates this year old word!) in dell....stock being driven by pure technicals... no crash, fed can screw up growth....but would they chance it in an election year....remember "nixonomics"?....this time the government doesn't need to pump the economy...the much hated by greenspan "wealth factor" should fuel the economy all a game, played with the lives of real people, by economists and politicians who never worked for a living... to quote the great mark a peterson (he's around somewhere)...look for contra indications....a wall of worry exists, look at the put call ratio of the qqq....nobody knows more then you, as long as you establish your levels of risk tolerance and aversion...protect your wealth...nobody else will....
