I think that the conversion will be very advantageous not only to MU but to its underwriters as well. If (when) the conversion occurs, it open the way for MU to issue another billion or two in convertible securities, and guess who gets to pick up the 2% to 5% in underwriting fees?

As for the dilution, I thought I mentioned something in the 12%, but you can easily check these numbners from a recent 10Q.
