Michael, If you can get listed on the NASDAQ or get venture capital funding otherwise, you are no longer cash strapped. Remember, the second richest person on earth as few weeks back as an Indian software tycoon. Free flow of international capital is a great equalizer. There was an excellent article in the last Wired magazine about venture capital funding of s/w companies in India. I found that very educational ... changed the ways I used to think of Indian s/w companies (third world, cash strapped etc. - the usual stereotyping). -BGR.
