(Nasdaq:MXIP) today announced they have signed an agreement in which Wintec will OEM the MAX i.c.Live technology to enable quality video communications via the Internet. Under the agreement, Wintec's VideoEdge Video Conferencing system will be powered by the MAX i.c.Live technology.
