<<now exds is nm... what's up with that!!!! >> Think of it as an infallible buy signal... Virtually every stock that is marked NM by DATEK is improving - significantly.. The funny thing is that stocks that were previously marginable when they were depressed become NM when they start to move. I suspect the orders to make issues NM come from Greenspan himself. This is not confined to new NASDAQ stocks either. Even older stocks like WDC which would normally be marginable are now NM simply because they have recovered a bit off their lows... Come on DATEK - please comment and tell us what is really happening.............
