SAN FRANCISCO, March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- London Pacific Group Limited (NYSE:LDP; London: LPG) is pleased to announce that it is amending the number of Ordinary US $0.05 shares represented by each ADS. With effect from close of business on 23 March 2000 each ADS will represent One Ordinary Share, compared with four Ordinary Shares at present.

ADS holders will receive, on the payment date of 24 March 2000, three additional ADSs for every one they hold on the record date of 23 March 2000.

With effect from close of business on 23 March 2000 each ADS will represent One Ordinary Share, compared with four Ordinary Shares at present.
