PRD-v Pacific Rodera, so the financing with the Frank Mersch group for $250,000 has appearently closed, another one for $200,000, and another one for $200,000, in all $650,000. Supposed to be a mtg in Calgary tomorrow, and in all they got about 4 properties including the last one they just been drilling. Apparently the 2nd hole on El-391 a high prospect property is in tight hole status for a bit. So we c...only about 3 million shares on this, and currently about $.20 per share in cash
