Alas, Bruce you are a public company and since you are taking advantage of the public market in your shares you have an obligation to report to the public, not just your chosen stockholders. You should know that I am disturbed by your answer because it is a sign to me that you may not be seriously entertaining an intention to file with the SEC. I truly hope this is not what you are about, but it is my experience that an audit can be completed in a shorter time frame than you have outlined. To say that it will be completed when it is completed is no answer at all. To me that sounds like you are trying to avoid any responsibility for having the audit done. Am I to suppose now that you can make no commitment to having this completed by July even? Because this would be a serious delay and is very disappointing to me to see you start to dance the dance of evasion that other companies have tried.

Btw, don't make the mistake of supposing for a moment that I do not know what is involved in an audit nor that I do not know what is involved in complete disclosure with the SEC. I would suggest to you that making the claim that you are a novice only suggests that you may be in need of a CEO that has more experience and is capable of getting audit results considerably before Rip Van Winkle awakens.
