InfoSpace Sets Record Date For 2-for-1 Stock Split Announced In January InfoSpace today announced that it has set a record date for the 2-for-1 stock split that was announced on January 31. Stockholders on the record date of March 24 will be entitled to one additional share for every share they own. New shares will be issued by the Company's transfer agent, ChaseMellon Shareholder Services, on or around April 6. InfoSpace will start trading at the split-adjusted price on April 7.
