No, but where I use candles are on Futures contracts so I get the 9:30 Open; the Futures give a relatively Valid Opening Tick.

I look at Cycle Patterns pretty much based on a system that Wilder helped develop, a system called Delta. It's an offshoot of it, not exactly the same but it looks a little like it. I wish I had a book on it, the one I had was lent out never to return.

Even that was a weak reference.

But I use that to define what I think the market will do then I trade it using a melange of indicators as an aide to determine Entry and Exit points.

Looks like the Short was almost as good as the Long. Missed that trade.
