I got through to DLJ after waiting on the phone for about 45 minutes. I had placed a sell order, then tried to change it cause stock was moving up, and couldn't. Everything is down, web site, software, even the Customer Service rep couldn't find out if my sell order was executed. It should have been, but who knows. Still don't have my email Confirmation. Just now got one for an order I placed this morning. They are really slow today. Lots of missed opportunities today.
I would call CNBC if I had a number. Tried to find one on their web site, but couldn't.

Oh well, it saved me money today. The system took all my orders that were positive today. The system died when I tried to buy lbrt at 99, I think it closed at 95.
Not exactly what you want to count on every day though:-)

Seems that when there is heavy Traffic or the market is selling off It's (almost) impossible to trade on this system
I suppose all that advertising paid off that now they can't handle the Volume?
