EDS already has alliances with Microsoft and Cisco. A.T.Kearney is a wholly owned subsidiary of EDS and is equal if not superior to Andersen Consulting where it counts - B2B business and supply chain management. If anything, these new alliances may be a reaction to EDS's already very capable set of services.
