I agree, Steve. And, why would Samsung and others be ramping up production unless they can sell what they are making? And, at least for now, at a tidy profit due to the supply and demand imbalance. This imbalance will correct itself over time as production ramps up from all the fabs. Rambus wins either way as I see it. for now they are the "hot" product and people are clearly willing to pay the premium associated with it. Later, when prices decline they will slide into the mainstream market more easily.
