As interesting as this may be, it is really silly to focus on it. Perhaps it is a welcome side effect of the treatment, but the obvious benefits EECP gives to heart patients are the important thing, and the company needs to concentrate on getting those machines out there humming.

Does anyone know what the Medicare reimbursement for a one hour EECP treatment is? Basically in these times of competing treatments, the acceptance of this technology by the practicing cardiologists will be determined as much by the business aspects of the decision of whether to purchase a $200,000 machine as by the pure medical benefits to the patient.
Thanks for the help.
