Nutty Buddy, what are the criteria for receiving an extension on the old rates? By the way, despite qualifying for all the IPOs, I received shares of only the two worst ones, UPS and HOMG. In addition to the poor performance of the MSDW site, the telephone quotes system has been very spotty for the past few weeks. If that's not enough, I have been attempting for more than 2 1/2 months to get MSDW to transfer some (gift) shares to a family member's E-Trade account, without success. Of course, MSDW has no knowledge of the transaction.
