[B] API Sneak Preview: Crude, gasoline lower; distillates, runs up
By Bridge News
New York--Mar 13--Inventories of crude oil are expected to have been
lower by 2 to 3 million barrels last week, brokers and analysts said.
Gasoline stockpiles are also expected to be lower by 1.5 to 2.5 million
barrels, while stocks of distillate are estimated to have risen 0.5-1.5
million barrels.
Refinery runs are expected to have risen 0.5-1.0 basis points of capacity.

American Petroleum Institute data are due out after 1600 ET Tuesday,
while US Department of Energy data are due after 0900 ET Wednesday.
Following are expectations for inventories for the week ended Mar. The
ranges reflect the most popular forecasts gathered from brokers and
analysts.

Winkman, the other side of this two edged sword is a nice fall in API/DOE numbers. I remain fully invested because I'm not a good guesser. Hopefully the few days of cold weather last week will draw a little distillate from inventories. Interesting today that OSX and E&P did rather poorly even though oil and gas prices are hanging in there at high levels.
