FRAUD has been detected ... just an opinion On March 8, 2000, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP notified the Company by letter that it was withdrawing its previously issued reports on the financial statements of the Company for the years ended August 31, 1999, 1998 and 1997, and stated further that such reports should no longer be relied upon or associated with the Company's financial statements for such years.
