Thanks for the clarification with regard to Mr. Crowley and AM-TEAM.com. That would appear to be a regrettable situation.

So may I infer then that Mr. Gray is not a member of your Board of Directors as also indicated by that July Press Release?

As to your CPA audited financials, does your use of the term "accredited investors" imply that you are raising money through private placements and not through the public sale of your stock on the NQB?
