The number of shares are not specified in the filing (and this is one that I have not been able to quantify other ways), but they were part of the third round which raised $23M, fully half of the total raised in all 3 rounds. Their are several groups that Global Crossing may have utilized to secure their investment. I will try to get further information. I stopped in my analysis of Global Crossing due to the potential for a merger. I try to utilize my time in an effiecent manner, and with GBLX at these very low valuations and the possibility of a merger, I am becoming distracted by other "interesting" ideas that need to be explored. Witness ARCC - a beautiful case in point.
