Laidlaws book value on Aug. 31/99 was about $8 Can./share.
Safety Kleen was $12.75 u.s./share. Safety Kleens value to
Laidlaws shares was about $2 Can. If Safety Kleens shares
are removed from their assets, would Laidlaws shares not
still have a book value of $6 Can. Comments appreciated.

LDM:

Bre-X traded 58.3 million shares on 06-May-1997 at
around $0.10.

LDM has traded close to 30 million in the first 1.5 hours
of today. Another very sad story.
