Seems to me the net worth quoted would include any debt, if not I suppose we'll find out in an upcoming 8-K filing. Granted, they pretty much give the phones away here and nice ones at that. Service is generally very reasonable too and some of the less expensive packages even include unlimited free nationwide long distance during the weekends. While quite a few seem to be quietly accumulating the stock I'll bet there are even more waiting to see the next 10-Q as well as others waiting for the stock to hit the full NASDAQ.
