So many people say I am going to wait until the stock rises to write my call. I understand this if one is good enough to call it but most are not.
Thanks for your help. I guess I screwed up, I positioned 1000 ELON @ 92 and sold CC today @ 16 1/4 (EUSDB April 110)
Where did I go wrong, should I have sold the CC last week?
If the stock gets called away I make 37% in six weeks. On the other hand if I had sold CC @ 90 last week the premium was 15 as I recall to yield 16% in the same time period.
I guess my point is buying the underlying stock on a pullback seemed to make sense to me but your method is probably more consistant. I added ELON @88 also but haven't CC'd that position. Thanks again for your help.
