So is Jim's attorney misquoted?

If you'd like, I'll ask Dave (Grudberg, the attorney) if he was misquoted. I know Jim did work on Suzanne's thesis on Friday (I asked to see it, he showed it to me, and I skimmed through it), and yes I did ask him if he had e-mailed her about it. As I recall, he said he wanted to look at it one more time on Saturday before getting back to her. No, I don't recall Jim saying "in the morning".
