scarecrow, as one of the frustrated longs from last fall, i have to fess up that i sold some cmgi today. my wife wants to do some work on the house, and so the upside of domestic peace and harmony (dmph) was more promising than the upside to cmgi. but cmgi is still the bulk of my portfolio and i thank dw and the rest of you for letting get my dmph with a relatively low cost basis.

Amein, friend. I too saw it published in several places around the time of the New Year that CMGI was the best performing stock - bar none - in the past five years.

Others have outperformed CMGI in the past year, and I believe Dell outdid CMGI over the past 10 years only because CMGI was not in existence (as we know it now) for five or so of those 10 years.

I will look for the news articles.
